Gaining awareness of fraudulent trademark applications, domain squatting, and bad faith trademark infringement is the main objective of this Hg webinar.
Hg’s expert instructor explores fraudsters’ motives, including financial gain, influence, or disruption to a competitor.
Upon completion, field investigators will be able to

- Examine motives behind trademark fraud.
- Perform investigative techniques to recognize and stop trademark fraud.
All participants receive handouts on concepts and investigative techniques.
