Frequently Asked Questions

What time should I arrive?
Check-in begins 1 hour before the event, at 7:00am local time.

Will any meals be served?
Lunch and refreshment breaks will be served.

I will be traveling in for the event. Where should I book my accommodations?
Hg has reserved a small room block for each stop of the tour. Links to make hotel reservations are on each stop’s specific event page.

What should I bring?
Please bring a valid ID or driver’s license for check-in. Additionally, bring something to write with, something to write on, and your choice of learning device (laptop, iPad, etc), if you choose (but is not required). Slides will be accessible electronically prior to the event.

What about slides and certificates?
We will make all learning material available to attendees 3 business days before the training date on our online learning management system, the Hg Academy. Certificates will also be available for download on the Hg Academy after the training concludes.

What if I can’t make it, or something comes up after I register?
The cancellation fee is $50 up to two weeks prior to the training. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any request received between one and two weeks out, and no refunds will be issued one week from the event. There is no fee to transfer a registration to another person. All requests for refunds or transfers must be made in writing.

My organization doesn’t allow credit card payments, is there an alternate way I can pay?
