Cynthia Hetherington Named 2023 Executive of the Year by NJBIA

The Executive of the Year Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated excellence in their position as an NJBIA member company executive. Hetherington is one of only four executives to be presented with the 2023 honor from a very competitive field of companies statewide. Hetherington is widely acknowledged for exemplary leadership, leading her organization with passion and overcoming challenges to continue to advance her company. Hetherington’s contributions to the state’s economic growth are underscored by the success of her business. Hetherington was nominated for the award as a local trailblazer who built her own success, pioneered the elevation of her industry and leads a supportive, team-focused culture that has fostered business growth in New Jersey and far beyond.
